Wildsmith Skin: Digital intelligence delivers luxury skincare experience
The best products are the ones that feel effortless. But achieving that effect — particularly online — is rarely straightforward.
Wildsmith is a skincare brand shaped by thoughtful ambition. Their products sit at the intersection of science, ritual and nature, developed with clinical rigour and designed to support both skin health and broader wellbeing. Their identity is confident and quiet, rooted in spas and treatment rooms rather than the bustling high street.
Sensory stimulation without touch, scent or taste
Although Wildsmith had strong product photography, they were struggling to communicate the authentic natural qualities that define their brand. They came to us with three priorities. First, create a robust e-commerce solution. Second, increase awareness in the right spaces. Third, deliver a sensory brand experience in a digital setting.
Buying a beauty product is a sensory experience – we admire the packaging, smell the product, test it on our skin. We needed to create a digital interaction that echoed this intimate experience, so developed a series of high-fidelity 3D renders to allow visitors to explore each product from every angle. Smooth, precise, almost tactile in their level of detail, these interactions help bridge the gap between physical reality and digital expectation.
When touch isn’t possible, detail is intimacy
To enhance exposure, we launched a tailored Google Performance Max campaign featuring content which echoed Wildsmith’s brand and tone. Performance Max gave us the flexibility to adapt messaging in real time, with careful optimisation for both awareness and conversion.
Our Shopify-supported website feels aligned with Wildsmith’s products — calm, premium, and credible. It’s a reminder that technology doesn’t have to shout. Technical complexity and skill can be transformed into an output that is simple, elegant, polished.
For Wildsmith, this is just the beginning. We’re now supporting them as they expand the product range, and we’ll be creating further renders to ensure every item gets the same premium treatment.
