Who we are

We collect and process data in order to respond to requests for information or services, send newsletters and emails with information about Digitronix and subjects relevant to our services and to comply with contractual requirements.

On occasion we also collect and process personal data during the delivery of our services. This includes photoshoots.

This includes services requested in support of job applications to Digitronix.

Categories of data
The personal information we collect and process comprises:
Contact details, including name and title, telephone number and email address.
The personal information we collect and process during recruitment activities includes career history information from CVs submitted to us.
The personal information we collect and process during the delivery of our services includes information provided on model release forms and images of individuals on related photoshoots.
Recipients of data
We make use of a third party email platform – currently Mailchimp, a well respected platform which enables users to meet GDPR requirements. Email and name data is processed through this platform.
We also use Google Analytics, which processes website visit data on our behalf.
We also use trusted courier services to support delivery of items related to delivery of our services and contracts.
Retention of data
We will retain data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we collected it. Our data processing does not include automated decisions.
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable electronic and operational procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
Your rights regarding data processing
You have the right to:
- Request information about the way we process your data and obtain a copy of that data.
- Request the amendment of inaccurate data about you, or that incomplete data be completed.
- Require that we stop processing your data, if that processing is causing you distress or damage.

If you have ordered a ThePrintForLife print, please note the following:
Your data will be collected, processed, stored and used by Digitronix Ltd. We will not disclose or share your data with third parties unless we are legally entitled to do so (e.g. due to a court order or for the purposes of prevention or detection of crime or fraud).
When you order a ThePrintForLife product from Digitronix Ltd and agree to our terms and conditions, we need to process data that allows us to:
Provide our service to you in accordance with the order you have placed.
To create the product you have ordered.
To associate your order and purchases with you and to verify your identity.
To provide customer support and improve your customer experience
To contact you by phone or email in relation to the product you have ordered.
If you have told us it is OK, we will also contact you with news of products or services in the future from Digitronix. This does not affect the legitimate interest we have in contacting you if you are a business customer of Digitronix Ltd.
We will send you messages directly related to your order of ThePrintForLife prints.
Data will only be stored for the period of time necessary to provide you with a quality service.
Match Day
If you have ordered Matchday Game Cards, please note the following:
