1995-2025. Celebrating 30 years of colour

Sometimes…no, most of the time, we like to keep a focus on where we’re heading. But after 30 years in business, particularly in the fast-changing world of brand and creative communications, it’s worth looking back and taking stock of what we’ve achieved.

In the past 30 years, we’ve mastered disruptive tech, weathered recessions and stayed ahead of pandemics. When Digitronix first started back in 1995, photography was shot on film and ‘search engine’ was something a mechanic would do to diagnose a fault.

We’ve learnt and we’ve evolved and, although technology has changed since our early days, our values remain deep rooted in everything we do. Independent. Innovative. Tenacious. But above all else, Always Decent.

Our 30th birthday was a chance to reflect on everything we’ve achieved. In June 2025, we brought the whole team to Bowcliffe Hall to celebrate, including our international colleagues from South Africa, Dubai and Portugal.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

In the woody glade of the Lancaster Wing, stand-up comedian Silky White started the day with a comedy workshop, helping develop our creative brains with memory, drawing and presentation activities. (We learnt it’s easier to draw a portrait when you don’t wear a blindfold….)

What could be better than a fish and chip lunch from the Wetherby Whaler? We are from Yorkshire after all…

In the afternoon, true to our Sunny Side Up attitude, two teams battled it out in 30-degree heat: beers and softball under a blazing West Yorkshire sun. The evening saw us come together for a fabulous dinner with family and friends.

It wouldn’t be a party without dancing. Thanks to Gone Country for their beautiful live music soundtrack.

30 years of business, but also 30 years of friendship. We’re looking forward to the next big celebration. Thank you to all our friends and family, past and present, who’ve made Digitronix the company it is today.
