Our business is built around the retention of long-term contracts and customer relationships. We understand that we can only achieve this if we deliver to consistently high quality standards. With this in mind, we have developed detailed quality management processes that inform every aspect of our service delivery. A copy of our quality assurance manual is available upon request but please find a summary of our quality assurance process here.
An accurate and detailed brief is fundamental to our ability to deliver high quality creative work. Design can be subjective so it’s important we have a clear picture of your objectives before we start. Wherever possible we prefer face-to-face briefing meetings and the positive platform they give to a creative project.
We plan schedules for complex projects carefully, assigning key tasks and setting project milestones when we start work. This helps manage external expectations and directs internal responsibilities. The key account manager is responsible for reviewing progress against targets. Our workflow software supports our project management abilities with internet-based tracking facilities and automated reminders.
You will work with a key account manager. Your account manager will be an experienced, senior team member who has the authority to answer your questions quickly and flexibly.
If we have questions, we’ll ask them. We believe that open communications are crucial to a successful working relationship and we encourage both positive and negative feedback from you – they both guide us in the right direction. We reflect our external communications with regular internal production meetings to ensure our progress is on track.
We proofread any text that you supply and we cross-proofread copy that we have written internally. We give you a proof of any creative work we produce in either electronic or printed format – whichever you prefer.
The debriefing meeting is vital to identifying key ways in which our service provision could be improved, areas where we are particularly successful and different ways in which similar projects could be approached in future.
